The short version

FireKeep keeps your data on your phone. We do not ask you to create an account, we do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising trackers.

What the app stores

Your onboarding answers (for example goal, training days, equipment, body weight for your protein target), your plan, the workouts and sets you log, protein and water you log, your Keep 30 progress and your settings. All of this is saved only on your device. If you delete the app, it is deleted.

Camera and photos

The check-in feature uses your camera to take a live photo of your workout. The photo stays on your phone. If you tap Save, the check-in card is saved to your Photos; FireKeep never reads your photo library.

What we do not collect

No account, no name or email, no location, no contacts, no advertising ID, no selling or sharing of data. FireKeep does not send your workout, nutrition or body data to our servers.

Health information

FireKeep is a fitness and protein tracking app. It does not give medical advice and is not a medical device. If you take a GLP-1 medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor before changing your training or diet.

App stores

Apple and Google may collect basic download and crash information under their own privacy policies.

Children

FireKeep is for adults (18+).

Changes

If a future version adds accounts or sync, we will update this policy and tell you in the app before anything leaves your phone.
